Dear Shivika,We have verified the incidence from the staff as and when this review has been received.As per their information and the concerned timing camera footage, your father was asking for an unreasonable discount by showing some old invoice where some bulk purchase was done for a religious bhandara event and that too by one of our close friend who might have shared the invoice in the group to which your father belongs to as this bhandara was a group's sponsored activity.Please understand that it is not feasible to give the same discount for regular purchases. Moreover, he was very rude when the counter person denied him about the same. We have never ever received any such feedback regarding the impolite staff behaviour from any of our customers in the last 8 years. Infact customers have always praised about the staff's behaviour and support they are offering.Giving such reviews without any genuine issues won't serve any purpose. Kindly refrain from this type of actions. Regards
