Visited Bisaat – Cuisine & Culture Cafe in Panchkula and had a great overall experience. The ambiance is tastefully done, blending cultural aesthetics with a modern touch. We ordered Veg Biryani, Lahori Masale ka Paneer, Sikandari Naan, and ended the meal with their Gulab Jamun Ice Cream combo. The biryani was aromatic and well-spiced, the paneer dish was rich in flavor, and the naan was soft with a nice char. The dessert was a delightful fusion – warm and cold, perfectly balanced. Service was prompt and courteous, adding to the pleasant experience.A great place to unwind over good food and aesthetics. Absolutely delicious! The Chicken Rogan Josh was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced — Really tasty and enjoyable.
