They had put up a coal heater for many people, but not for us. If they had offered us a heater too, we could have spent a much nicer time in the cold.

I usually enjoy visiting The Brew Estate, but this time was different. There was a lot of confusion during billing, and the staff didn’t handle it well. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and awkward. I hope the management looks into this and ensures better customer service in the future. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
