Extremely disappointing experience at Third Wave Coffee. I asked for regular RO water, and after drinking it, I fell sick with a stomach upset. This is absolutely unacceptable from a brand that positions itself as premium. If even the basic standard of safe drinking water cannot be maintained, how can customers trust the quality of anything else being served here? Hygiene should be the minimum expectation, not a compromise. Strongly urge management to fix this immediately — otherwise, customers will lose confidence in the brand.
