Last night, I picked up a dinner parcel from your restaurant, where your staff spoke with big smiles and cheerful laughter. However, when I opened the parcel on the train, I discovered that my mutton biryani had magically transformed into chicken dum biryani. If this is how you treat your tourist customers, I sincerely hope this review serves as a lesson for others — to check their orders at least twice before leaving your establishment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your truly pathetic food service. And yes, do keep smiling — after all, Muskuraiye Aap Lucknow mein hain.

I ordered chicken biryani for takeway today at 7 pm at the restaurant.they have given me only rice without any chicken pieces and charged amount equal to chicken biryani.pathetic service or I can say do not visit open air restaurant.or visit at your own risk

Not suitable for families, as the place was crowded with drunken people. The biryani I ordered had undercooked chicken, and overall hygiene did not seem to be a priority. Overall, my experience here was disappointing.
