Hotel Charminar (Opp Novelty) Lalbagh Lucknow. What a fall from heights of class to absolute disaster and disgrace. There was a time when this was a place for educated and elite class to go for authentic Awadhi/Mughlai food. Their Biryani and Mutton Qorma was the benchmark in heydays. But today we ordered Mutton Stew and Kheer from them through Zomato and not only the Stew was horrible but it was stale as well. When we called the restaurant to inform them about it, the guy on the other side not only misbehaved but threatened us with consequences. Looks like from a place where Top Bureaucrats used to hang out, it has become a place for sadakchaap gundas. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
