If you ask biryani he will give super pathetic pieces.. Use of fragrance is too much due to which complete stuff becomes cosmetic. Even kebab & kebab rolls are ultra pathetic. Completely avoid such type of food outlet. Unhygienic not good for health. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹200–400 Recommended dishes: Mutton Biryani Rice, Paratha, Mutton Shami Kebab 2 Pieces Parking: It is in the gully..too much congested..it completely unhygienic & must avoid it. Kid-friendliness: There is no facilities

I recently visited this half a century old Sahu Biryani in Hazratganj, located in the charming lane adjacent to Sahu Cinema, and it brought back a wave of nostalgia! Back in the day, we would watch movies at Sahu Cinema and always get their delicious biryani packed to enjoy before the show. It was a ritual for many, and I’m thrilled to see that they’ve not only maintained their signature flavor but have elevated it even further! Their Mutton Biryani remains my all-time favorite—each piece is tender, juicy, and perfectly spiced. The rice is aromatic, and the meticulous cooking is evident with every bite. I highly recommend pairing the biryani with their shami kebabs for a truly memorable meal. This combination has been my personal favorite for years, and it never disappoints. If you’re looking for something more, their Chicken Masala and Mutton Kaleji Fry with a hot, fresh paratha are absolute must-tries. The flavors are rich, authentic, and speak of decades of perfected culinary expertise. Despite its incredible taste and quality, I believe Sahu Biryani is still underrated, and it can easily rival some of the biggest names in Lucknow’s biryani scene.
