Had a wonderful dining experience at The Great Kabab Factory (Egmore) - an absolute delight!! The food was absolutely delicious — every kabab was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. A perfect place for anyone who loves great food and good vibes. Highly recommend! A must-visit for food lovers! The one star retained is for the restrictions imposed between veg and non veg, they can be lenient on providing veg for non veg eaters too!! Very limited table buffet option. Non-veg option served with veg soup- no choice of ice cream for buffet worth ₹2775- No value for money- poor hospitality in dealing with guests- after escalating to manager by calling thru board number someone appears to apologise with no remorse- No one asked about any occasion which is usually asked by most of big restaurants- Birthday dinner was completely spoiled- Will never visit neither recommend.
