I visited Anise at Taj to try the Ghilli Chawal (biryani) as it’s quite popular. Honestly, it was just okay—not great. The service was average; neither good nor bad. There were no tissues on the table, and the table cutlery arrangement was not proper. One main issue was the AC—it felt quite warm, and it seemed like the air conditioning wasn’t switched on properly. On the positive side, the Pepper Chicken was good, and the Chawal tasted decent. Overall, it’s something you can try once, but it feels more hyped by influencers than truly exceptional.
