We visited to try their signature gilli biryani which was average to be honest but their service made up for it. We went on diwali night. We were served with complimentary sweet with diwali wishes from the manager i think. Had a nice fine dining experience overall. Will visit again. I had a wonderful dining experience at Taj Coromandel – Anise. I tried the Gilli Biryani, Galouti Kebab, Chicken Tikka, Pasta, and Parathas — each dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The Gilli Biryani stood out for its aroma and taste, while the Galouti Kebab was perfectly soft and rich in flavor. A special mention to Vinoth and Dhanasekar for their warm and attentive service. They ensured everything was served on time and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a memorable evening with great food and excellent hospitality.
