Bad experience. My first experience about 4 months back was very good, had got the fries over here. Expecting the same my friends and I had gone there yesterday, service was average, food was below average and not even hot. To top it I had asked for a cheese fries with chicken topping as takeaway. They billed me for the same and gave me just plain fries. Didn't expect this from here. Disappointed at your ignorance Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

You have ordered four pieces of bonein chicken, Spanish harlem fries, American cheese fries, and two strips with instructions to place one strip each in one loaded fries. Both strips were mistakenly placed in spanish harlem fries intended for dinein.This was the mistake on our part. Also we have checked the CCTV and make sure that the food prepared was fresh and served within 20 minutes. We would like to invite you to visit our outlet once again.More
