Seeking the perfect Mandi, I chanced upon their Texas Mandi dish – a decision that turned out to be a remarkable surprise. Priced at a reasonable 220 Rs, this culinary masterpiece is worth every bit of the cost. The rice, cooked to perfection and infused with a tantalizing blend of masala, was a treat in itself. Complementing the rice was the chicken, a symphony of spices enriched with the goodness of tomato paste. The result was an exceptionally juicy and tender chicken that left me craving more with every bite. The delightful surprises didn't stop there. The side dishes, including the mayo and tomato paste, added an unexpected twist of flavors that enhanced the overall experience. Quenching my thirst with a soda lime only added to the joy of the meal – a refreshingly complementary choice. Beyond the culinary delights, the ambiance was inviting, boasting a seating capacity of about 4-5 tables on the top floor, with more options available downstairs. The efficient service and well-maintained wash area added to the overall positive impression. While I initially found myself to be the sole diner, the restaurant soon filled with satisfied patrons.
