When Terrace by Makkawao first started, I visited the place and had a very good experience. But yesterday, I had to go there again. The staff were polite, but they would not come even when we called them multiple times for assistance. That was one of the main issues. There was also a power outage yesterday, and we were sitting in the dark for around 30 minutes. We had ordered food, and even after it was ready, they didn’t bother to bring it to our table. We were extremely disappointed and upset. Eventually, we left the place in frustration. Even though we were unhappy with the experience, we still paid the bill before leaving. It was a very, very poor experience. Looking at the current condition of the place, it’s disappointing. The way things are being managed now, and the overall ambience of the place, are not good at all anymore. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
