Air conditioner definitely needs to work better at this place. Extremely hot and suffocating when it's crowded. Staff needs to be more welcoming and warm. Chocolate flavour is horrible. Rest all are amazing as always specially Sitaphal and Mango flavours (&tender coconut too).

Naturals never disappoints! The ice creams are fresh, creamy, and full of real fruit flavors. Every bite tastes natural and delicious. The staff is polite, and the ambiance is clean and welcoming. Tender Coconut, Sitaphal, and Mango are must-try flavors! A perfect treat for all seasons.

With strawberry season in full swing, it used to be a pleasure having a strawberry ice cream at Naturals Ice Cream Parlour. A big sign was inside the entrance and an atmosphere of excitement awaited. Not any more. I ordered a cup of strawberry ice cream and strained to find any flavor. Years ago there was so much taste that I often had a second cup. Considering that this chilled brand opened in 1984, the flavors should have been honed and improved. Thankfully a cup cost only ₹80 and one has to pay first to get the order. Samples are given freely. The servers and teller all wore the requisite hair net but looked dejected and morose when I questioned them about the non-existent strawberry flavor. Had any of them even had a strawberry? Or the ice cream? Well now there are many more ice cream parlors that have mouth watering strawberry ice creams like Piatto and Bagicha to name a few.
