Tea quality was good...Staff were very humble...ordered tea...quality and taste was good .Then asked the waiter to parcel a set of idli for dinner...it was around 6.50 pm...we ate the food at 8.00 pm...Chutney was completely spoiled..and the smell inside the train because of spoiled chutney felt so bad..The worst part is i packed for my elderly mother... Highly disappointed.. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Sasikala made us feel very welcome, and the service was both efficient and warm. The food was delicious, and she kindly offered us a tasting of all the podis and other items, which we thoroughly enjoyed and ended up purchasing as well. We truly appreciated the experience.
