"I'm also in the hotel industry, so I understand the importance of professionalism. I was very disappointed with my experience at Café Pramadham in Chennai. A staff member, wearing a black chef coat, was shouting with inappropriate language in front of guests. This behavior is unacceptable and made me feel quite uncomfortable.
