We went to Naivedyam in Kalkaji on Feb. 8, 2025 and ordered a few dishes. We packed Mixed Vegetable Uthappam and Bisi bele bhaath to take home. On eating the Uthaapam, to my dismay I saw a small insect inside the Uthappam!! It was a repulsive and a disgusting thing to see in the food. I want Naivedyam to look into this and ensure they take care of the hygiene around their kitchen so that this sort of incident does not occur again. I do not expect this standard of cleanliness of Naivedyam which has several branches all over the NCR region. I am attaching the photos of the food and my bill.
