Me and one of my friends visited your restaurant dhaba estd 1986, Nehru place. It was my birthday and we wanted to have a good lunch and we are very fond of butter chicken. So we planned to visit your place and when we went there we saw that a buffet was available so we asked if we would opt for the same but they denied and said that it will get closed by 4:00 pm so you won't be able to have food. We didn't like that but still we agreed to order from Alacrat. As we are regular customers of west delhi dhaba so i love theri butter chicken and decided to go for the same and have it. I placed an order for butter chicken and 1 chicken curry and 1 garlic naan and 1 chilli garlic naan.We didn't like the food sir, but still we paid the bill and ate the whole food as we were in Hungary from morning and after paying the bill we told the staff about the food taste and hygiene they were maintaining there. The food that was served to us exactly the food that was prepared for the buffet and they didn't even bother to make it fresh and serve. the taste was pathetic and on the contrary when we gave them the feedback they all were laughing on the feedback.thi is the very unsatisfactory service and food by your staff and I will never think of visiting back to dhaba again for my food.hyegin level 0food level 0service 0
