The above rating is for your GK 2 outlet I visited this morning. I am a regular at Third Wave Coffee and have visited several of your outlets in Delhi. There have been problems of delay in service off and on but with a little patience one can ignore this and enjoy the ambiance and overall experience. The quality of coffee and food is good and that is your major plus point. A little tweak in your app software can make it a convenient tool to pay quickly for all bills, with or without promotional offer. You must be able to scan all customers who visit you and make wallet payment worthwhile. I have been suggesting this for quite some time, expecting positive response.
