Loved the fact that they still use traditional methods and pure coconut oil to make their chips. Definitely a place to pick traditional kerala sweets and savories specially the banana chips. I was always a fan of Krishna and Sankaran Bakery for ages. This time I tried N.Vasudeva at Jail Road junction for the first time. They are close to my favourites. I was so impressed by the manufacturing area, it was clean and organised. I picked up Banana Chips, Achappam, Chakka varatti and all time favourite tapioca chips. It was very good. Try it out!
