To The Manager, McDonald’s Focus Mall, Kozhikode Subject: Complaint Regarding Wrong Beverage Served in My Combo Order Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had with a recent order from your McDonald’s outlet at Focus Mall. Today, I ordered a meal combo which was supposed to include Coke as the beverage. However, I was served plain soda water instead of Coke. This mistake completely spoiled the meal experience, and I felt that the quality and standard I expect from McDonald’s were not met. I kindly request that you look into this matter seriously and ensure that proper checks are done while preparing and serving customer orders. Mistakes like this not only affect customer satisfaction but also damage the reputation of your brand. I hope you will take appropriate action regarding this complaint and ensure such incidents do not happen again. I would also appreciate a response or follow-up regarding this issue.
