The staff was rude and oversmart, they were not ready to remove service charges when we asked, they said either you can pay with district app or get the service charge removed,.

I visited My Bar Square in CP recently and the experience was far below acceptable standards. The ambience is poorly maintained — the sofas have broken springs, the tables are shaky, and even the walls have cement falling off. The washrooms are filthily dirty and clearly not being cleaned or monitored. The food was good in both quality and quantity, but the 10 percent service charge was forced on us despite the overall poor service and the “don’t care” attitude of the staff. This place used to be good, but it now desperately needs proper maintenance, better service and transparency in billing if they want customers to return.
