My experience at Café MRP was nothing short of appalling. The staff member serving us, Shravan, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and openly disrespectful. At no point did he display even basic courtesy or customer service. Instead, his attitude was dismissive and ungrateful, as if we were burdening him by simply being there. A café isn’t just about food or drinks, it’s about how customers are treated. If the management allows such behaviour to go unchecked, it speaks volumes about their standards. There are countless places in Delhi that value their guests and know the meaning of hospitality. Café MRP is clearly not one of them. I would strongly recommend spending your time and money elsewhere. Honestly, it deserves Zero stars. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹400–600

The person standing downstairs, as a security guard, claims to be the Restaurant Manager, makes this place deserve the worst rating possible. Idiot.
