horrible service, they forced us for service charges which they cannot according to our consumer rights. the music is shitty and the service ppl are very rude and horrible

The service was very bad. They took 30 min to bring first order, had hair in chicken Quesadilla and the taste of all the food items were bland and without taste. Won't recommend this place to anyone.

Dined at The Darzi Bar & Kitchen after seeing 4.2 rating on Zomato.However, found the place stinky with third rate music. Our waiter Manjeet had no clue about any of the drinks on the menu. Pizza was the worst I’ve had in a long time. To top it all, Manjeet offered as a scoop of Vanilla ice cream in exchange of a 5* rating. Pathetic experience.Will never visit or recommend anyone to visit this place again.
