Extremely disappointing experience at Darzi Café, CP. The service was absolutely pathetic — slow, inattentive, and unprofessional. Basic requests had to be repeated multiple times, and the staff showed little interest in customer experience. What was more frustrating was that a 10% service charge was added to the bill without any prior information or consent. When questioned, the staff casually said that this charge was being imposed by Swiggy and not by the restaurant, which felt misleading and irresponsible. If service charge is optional (as per guidelines), customers must be clearly informed and given a choice. This experience felt like being forced to pay for bad service. Overall, poor service, lack of transparency, and zero accountability. Would not recommend this place and definitely won’t be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dined at The Darzi Bar & Kitchen after seeing 4.2 rating on Zomato.However, found the place stinky with third rate music. Our waiter Manjeet had no clue about any of the drinks on the menu. Pizza was the worst I’ve had in a long time. To top it all, Manjeet offered as a scoop of Vanilla ice cream in exchange of a 5* rating. Pathetic experience.Will never visit or recommend anyone to visit this place again.
