Disappointed with the service at The Chaisingh. While the ambience and menu are promising, the staff behavior really pulled the experience down. No greetings, long waiting times even when the café wasn’t crowded, and an overall lack of attentiveness. One employee seemed visibly annoyed when asked for something. Management seriously needs to work on staff training and basic customer service etiquette. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Mr.Chai Singh Review I recently visited Mr.Chai Singh and felt ok-ok with the experience I had. The atmosphere was good, the staff was kind and consumer friendly, and the food and drinks were somewhat good. I ordered Chai (Obviously), White sauce pasta and Veg loaded Pizza. I particularly enjoyed the white sauce pasta, but I highly recommend not to order Pizza here as the quality of the base of the pizza is not up to the mark. The Prices are a bit on the higher side according to the quality of food and service. Overall, I highly recommend Mr.Chai Singh for a casual brunch someday. I will definitely be back for the pasta at the shop.
