Honestly, I went there with high hopes. Why? Because from the outside, the place looks quirky and very inviting for those who like to kick back, grab a book and sip away on some coffee.The first disappointment is that the place doesn't have a vibe for readers. The seating isnt comfy enough. Secondly, the staff isn't exactly courteous. For instance, the server to our table spilled some juice in the tray. He was completely oblivious to that and served it without addressing the spillage.Then comes the choice of books. It's rubbish. It feels like a random collection of not very good books.All-in-all, a two-star experience. Why the second star? That's down to the mozzarella sticks we had. That was the sole tolerable aspect of the entire visit.Buck up, owners of The Reader's Cafe. You can't just use a fancy name and expect us to ignore how false that is.
