I ordered an iced latte, expecting a refreshing and rich coffee drink. What I got was a lukewarm, bitter concoction that tasted more like dishwater than coffee. It was, without a doubt, the worst coffee I've ever had the misfortune of drinking. I was taken aback by the sheer audacity of the cafe to serve such subpar quality at such exorbitant prices. Needless to say, I will never set foot in Readers Cafe again. The experience was a perfect storm of overpricing, poor quality, and a complete lack of value for money.
