*1/5 stars - Overcharged and Disappointed* I recently visited Mood For Food and was shocked to find that they were charging more than the MRP (Maximum Retail Price) listed on the products themselves. For example, a snack item that had an MRP of ₹50 was billed to me at ₹75. When I questioned the staff, they seemed uninterested in explaining the discrepancy and told that tax is added and when i ask bill they even asked more money for giving the bill and taste of the item is not good. No option left I have to pay extra money. For the next time a big no to the restaurant. As a customer, it's unacceptable to be charged more than the stated price. I hope the restaurant takes steps to correct this practice and ensures transparency in their billing. Until then, I would caution others to carefully check their bills before paying. Found it through contacts and gave it a try to be very honest this place was totally worth it, food was so homely, delicious and tasty with lots of varieties in North Indian, staff was so courteous, helpful and friendly, one of the best restaurants ever tried in Bengaluru in terms of taste, varieties, service and pocket friendly !! Must Recommended!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

This place should be renamed to 'No mood to serve'. We ordered tea and coffee, but the cashier whispered something to the waiter, which seemed suspicious. 10 minutes later, he told us, "We can't serve tea or coffee" without giving a reason. We were the only customers at the time. If they can't serve tea and coffee, why not put it on the board? Or only offer them with food combos if that's their policy.

With so many cafes and restaurants popping up, this attitude towards customers is concerning. How long can a business model like this survive? What took him 10 minutes to inform us, and why didn't he know this when we placed our order? I hope the owner reads this and investigates.
