Highly Disappointing Experience at Ginko Restaurant. My recent visit to Ginko Restaurant was an incredibly disappointing experience, primarily due to what appeared to be disgusting management practices. I was particularly taken aback by the behavior of one manager, who was dressed in what looked like half-pants. This individual seemed entirely disengaged from customer care, instead choosing to fool around and record a video right in the middle of the dining area. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable in a restaurant setting. It strongly suggests a complete disregard for the comfort and satisfaction of patrons. The lack of attention to customers by a member of the management team is a serious issue and speaks volumes about the overall standards at Ginko. I had hoped for a pleasant dining experience, but the unprofessional conduct of the management overshadowed everything. Visited Miss Ginko to try out their Valentine's Day special menu, and it was an amazing experience! The ambience is truly Instagram-worthy—every corner is photogenic. The food quality and service were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Their sushi is to die for—easily the best I've ever had! Every other dish I tried was just as impressive. This place should be at the top of your list to visit this Valentine's Week Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
