Pilgrimage of sorts ! Usual items for me since the last 3-4 decades. The flavor is still the same. Its not merely nostalgia, its comparison with what i get in other cities and i still miss the KJ breads and pastries. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very disappointed with Kookie Jar (Hindustan Park). How can you NOT have an alcohol warning for cakes that contain rum-soaked cherries? There was ZERO information on display or from staff about this when I bought it for my daughter's birthday. When I found it, I called staff to exchange it for a non-alcoholic cake, the rude manager said I should know that Blackforest cake has alcohol in it! How should I know?? I am not a cake expert. This is very irresponsible behavior to be selling birthday cakes containing alcohol WITHOUT WARNING.

Also, they've recently been slicing the sandwich halves more diagonally to reduce their size and pack less stuffing into it, yet price is the same.

I once loved the outlet but both product and staff are going downhill. Management, please note.
