If you visit Old Manali, you MUST visit Mehak General Store. Aunty cooks AMAZING Siddu, a local dish of Himachal which is Super healthy, prepared with so much love n flavour served with mouth watering lehsun chutney (which is not spicy either).You must also try generations old soup recipe called femda or phemda. It's so nutritious and a perfect compliment with the weather. It's mostly prepared in winters.
