I will start with the good first as long has to go miles. I was heading to Manali for a Short Trip and booked Apple country resorts for two days. Raaji, the girl on reception was really good along with the staff. Now I will start with the real bad side of the management.1) I booked the resort with their central reservation team where Kavita, the manager didn't bother about anything post the advance money. She didn't commit but said will try for a complimentary dinner but never responded post my check out.2) I checked into the hotel and went for the bike ride after my bath and stuff. I requested for mopping the washroom and change of towels, manager on duty completely denied stating that you have checked in just now.3) On my way back to hotel in the evening heater wasn't working and was a struggle for one and half hour. Best part of the story it followed the another day as well.4) Iconic was the breakfast scene on the day of check out. No calls from the hotel from breakfast and they winded up before I reached the dining area stating that I have eaten it already as per their log sheet. They found the mess and realised somebody another was at fault who had the breakfast on my name.Assuming it was a big threat to the image of Hotel, The helper requested and said a lot of times for the breakfast but Sharad the Manager on duty didn't realise his mistake till the time his Manager Virender in Delhi had a word with him but all in vain as they didn't have any answer to it and just wanted me to check out at earliest.Don't go by their pictures in gallery on the website. There are lot more better options available near to main areas and with better services. They'll offer you lot more discount on direct reservation from Hotel but it's not worth at all.Be careful... Stay Safe!!
