Southern Souls Cafe, Manali is an absolute gem for South Indian food lovers. Finding such authentic dosas and the best sambar in the mountains was a delightful surprise. The dosa was perfectly crisp, the sambar was rich, flavorful, and served hot, and the chutneys tasted fresh and homemade.What truly makes this place special is the owner’s warmth and hospitality. He is incredibly humble, welcoming, and personally ensures every guest is happy with their meal. That personal touch makes you feel more like family than a customer. The cafe has a cozy, peaceful vibe and is a perfect stop after exploring Manali. If you’re missing home-style South Indian food, Southern Souls is a must-visit. Highly recommended
