I had a very disappointing first experience at McDonald’s, specifically at the Shoba Mall location in Thrissur. The presentation and quality of the burger were extremely poor. I raised the issue and requested a replacement, which the staff provided — but unfortunately, the second burger was just as unsatisfactory. It appeared messy, with an overly soggy bun and filled with wet chicken. The excessive use of lactose was overwhelming. Considering the quality, the burger certainly did not justify its price.Overall, it was a highly unsatisfactory experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600

Very friendly staff... The burgers were ok though the size of the coke zero cup was pretty small. French fries could have been crispier. Overall nothing much to complaint about. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Chicken Cryspy Burger

Compared to the McDonald's burgers I have had in Aluva, the burger here are not that good. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Maharaja Mac Burger and Fries with Cheese
