We visited this restaurant on December 8, 2024. The food was excellent, especially for those who enjoy spicy dishes, and the ambiance was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. When we asked for juice recommendations, the waiter responded dismissively, stating that it was simply fresh fruit juice at Flamehouse 24 and sarcastically questioned why we were asking. When we explained that we hadn’t yet tried any juice and were seeking a suggestion, the response remained unprofessional. Another staff member eventually recommended mojitos. We sought recommendations because, as those most familiar with the menu, the staff should have been better equipped to guide us. Regrettably, the lack of professionalism and courtesy in the service left a negative impression on our overall experience. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
