Disappointing Experience at KFC Shobha City Visited this outlet today expecting the usual KFC quality, but the experience was far from it. Ordered a 7UP, but the taste and smell were completely off—nothing like the actual drink. Even after requesting a replacement, the issue remained the same. Other customers also noticed the difference, but the staff insisted it was normal. To make things worse, the Smoky Chicken had a strange sambar-like taste and smell, which was nowhere close to KFC’s usual flavor. When we raised concerns, the staff dismissed them, claiming this was their “authentic” taste—as if we’ve never had KFC before! Extremely disappointing service and quality. If this is how they operate, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this outlet. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1

I loved the quality and taste of the chicken at KFC Sobha Mall. It was served hot and crispy, just the way I like it. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were well-behaved and friendly especially the person who took my order. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
