Lower stars because as a McDonald's, they should be predicting holiday crowds and get their act better. One could tell that the service, ordering systems, and also food (though for their standardized processes, the food will always be good enough) were straining under the load of customers. But, McDonald's should be planning this better - that's why they are McDonald's!! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600
