Very bad service ...I ordered 3 allu tikki burger then asked to convert this 3 value add meal and asked thrice to add value add meal ...but they added normal allu tikki burger instead and only given 1 fries and also told him to add cheese slice but they added protein slice ...plus their drive thruw was not working as well Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst mac donald experience. Even after saying you are not matching mac quality, they don’t care about feedback. Wasted my money even there drive thru is not operational. Store manager is not taking feedback which is sad. Kolhapur people experience mac somewhere else this outlet is not upto mark Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Lower stars because as a McDonald's, they should be predicting holiday crowds and get their act better. One could tell that the service, ordering systems, and also food (though for their standardized processes, the food will always be good enough) were straining under the load of customers. But, McDonald's should be planning this better - that's why they are McDonald's!! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600
