One of the best places in Kolhapur for authentic Kolhapuri Tambda and Pandhra Rassa thalis! The Pandhra Rassa is absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful, and comforting. Both the chicken and mutton are cooked perfectly; you can’t go wrong with either. The rice is served with crispy fried onions, adding a great texture and taste. For the best experience, I highly recommend dipping the chicken or mutton masala into the Pandhra Rassa — it’s a flavor explosion! A must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy true Kolhapuri cuisine. It was the one of the best hotels that I have ever visited and I didn't have photos because I was very tired due to my trip. But I had there mostly which option which I always prefer because I am a vegetarian and the first early was one of the best and awesome thalis like I have never ever enjoyed anywhere but hotel parakh veg thali was the best and the staff was very good and their serving and their service all the things where at the best and the hotel ambience was good and comfortable so anyone who is going to visit Kolhapur or nearby places please do have dinner or lunch in hotel parakh
