the staff asked me to give a review but he himself scrolled through my and husband’s phone and gave a five star review . At least they should have a courtesy to provide privacy to the customers. moreover we ordered a masala chai without sugar but seems like the premix itself had sugar in it . Even after the they tasting the tea they didn’t agree sugar was in it . one thing i appropriate at-least they agreed to replace my husband’s coffee which was supposed to be sugar less as well. I am writing to formally complain about a very unsafe and disappointing experience I had at the Burger King outlet located on the Kolhapur Highway. On my visit to this outlet, I opted for the drive-through facility provided from the highway. While entering the drive-through lane, my car hit construction materials that were kept on the drive-through path. These materials appeared to belong to an under-construction area and were dangerously placed on the route meant for customer vehicles. As a result, my car got damaged. This situation was not only inconvenient but also extremely unsafe. A drive-through lane is expected to be clear, properly marked, and safe for vehicles. Leaving construction materials on such a path shows negligence and lack of basic safety measures. This incident has caused me mental stress, inconvenience, and vehicle damage financial loss. I find this situation completely unacceptable from a reputed brand like Burger King. Immediate action should be taken to remove all obstructions and ensure customer safety. Atmosphere: 1
