Ordered big bucket. Chicken was surely stale. I think it was refried. Given diarrhea to my kid and me. We tried to order burgers which were surprisingly not available. This place don't have many visitors. I am sure they are serving stale food. KFC should take action and terminate their franchise. Very bad experience. Visited twice and both times were disappointing. The first time, the order of another customer was just billed before us, but when it was our turn, they suddenly said the shop was closed. The second time, they said they were out of service and kept delaying by saying it would take time. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Had a terrible experience at this KFC outlet. We were served cold, stale, and completely inedible chicken strips. The food clearly seemed to be fried a long time ago and refried again, which is unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone KFC. When I calmly raised this with the manager, his response was shocking. Instead of addressing the issue, he said “you had the same complaint previously, we can only help with genuine complaints” — which basically means he was calling me a liar. I even asked him to touch the chicken strips himself to feel how hard and inedible they were. He outright said “we can’t do anything about it.” No apology. No replacement. No attempt to fix the issue. What’s even more concerning is that the manager remembered me from a previous complaint, which says a lot about the consistent quality problems at this outlet, not about the customer. I wasn’t asking for anything extra or free — I just wanted fresh, edible food. A manager dealing with customers in such a dismissive and rude manner is something I’ve never experienced before. This is a serious food quality and customer service issue, and I would strongly advise people to think twice before eating here.
