02/03/2025 Pathetic situation staffs doesn't know how to behave to the customer, I asked 1 staff at counter to clean the table to this his reply was tell that guy who is cleaning, he thinks am his servant. The floor was with chicken and all ,never seen a famous fast food restaurant in this situation #no hygiene Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fraudulent McDonald's franchise outlet. The following pictures speak for themselves. The soft-serve they give us is low in both quantity and quality. I took pictures of what they advertise and what they give and asked for duty manager to register complaint. The counter folks immediately offered to fill the cones again to avoid complaints. This speaks the double standards they keep. Being in lulu mall, I expected Lulu atleast to keep some standards for these outlets. Sadly that's not the case as well.
