Unfair Practices and Poor Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s Kazhakkoottam store. During my visit, I was informed that the POS system was disabled, which appeared to be done intentionally. This raised serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of the store’s business practices. The situation was handled by the store in-charge, Mr. Rexin, and unfortunately, the interaction was not professional or customer-friendly. Instead of offering a clear explanation or an alternative solution, the issue was handled in a manner that felt dismissive and unhelpful. Such practices and service standards are unexpected from a brand like McDonald’s. I hope the management looks into this matter seriously and takes steps to ensure fair business practices and better customer service in the future.
