If you’re hunting for one of the best food spots in Trivandrum right now, this place deserves your attention. Let’s get the practical stuff out of the way — no dedicated parking. You’ll have to rely on roadside parking, and if you’re coming during rush hour in a car, brace yourself for a mini mission. Two-wheelers definitely have the upper hand here. The place usually isn’t too crowded, which honestly surprised me. But maybe that’s not such a bad thing. In my experience, some great food joints lose their magic once the crowd explodes — so I’m secretly hoping this one stays just the way it is. Ordering is done through your phone since they don’t have a large staff. The food arrives in about 20 minutes, served one dish at a time. There’s even a room with board and card games to keep you entertained while you wait — which makes the whole experience feel chill and unhurried. Now let’s talk about what really matters — the FOOD. Their ramen is hands down my favorite. It’s served piping hot with chopsticks, and somehow it just hits differently from anywhere else I’ve tried. There’s something unique about their flavors that makes it stand out. I’m not even a pasta person, but this place genuinely made me rethink that stance. I’ve been here more than five times now, and the taste has been consistently good every single time — which is rare. The dynamite prawns are a must-try. The passionfruit fritz is refreshing. And the burgers? Amazing. You can actually feel the quality, especially in the softness of the bun. More than anything, I hope they keep this consistency. Places like this deserve to grow — just without losing the charm that makes them special. Definitely planning to keep coming back. My wife and I chose Cafe Boba Queen for our Valentine's Day dinner, and it was the perfect choice. The experience was wonderful across the board—from the dishes and ambience to the excellent service. We tried Ramen for the first time here, and it completely blew our minds! We also ordered the Beef Pizza, which was exceptional, and the Mango Slushy Boba, which was incredibly refreshing. Cafe Boba Queen really made our day special. We will definitely be visiting again soon! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

We went to Cafe Boba Queen after seeing all the hyped-up reviews on Google Maps, expecting a good experience. Unfortunately, the visit turned disappointing fairly quickly. The first thing that stood out was the pricing. The food was extremely expensive, and the contrast was hard to ignore — we had ramen just a week earlier at Malaysia airport from aah-yum restaurant, which was cheaper, had generous portions, and came with good-quality ingredients. What was served here, however, felt like a plain rip-off, with very little to no ingredients, making the pricing even harder to justify. As we spent more time there, the lack of service became obvious. There was no one attending to us at any point. Our table didn’t even have napkins or tissue paper, and there was no staff around to request them from. We ordered the Korean wings starter, hoping it might redeem the experience, but it turned out to be very basic and nowhere close to worth the price charged. When the bill arrived, it included an additional 5% charge on top of an already overpriced meal, which only added to the frustration. Ironically, the only “positives” were completely unintentional. The place was almost deserted, which meant privacy, and no one seemed to care if we spent some extra time after finishing our food. These weren’t thoughtful touches — just a by-product of the lack of crowd and attention. Overall, the visit felt like a complete regret, and this is a place we won’t be coming back to. I wish there was a YouMee or Little Soi to set a benchmark for such cuisines over here too. Hi Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We regret the lapses you faced in service, especially the lack of table attention and basic essentials like napkins — this is not the standard we aim to maintain, and we have already addressed this with our team. Regarding pricing, our dishes are prepared using specific ingredients and recipes that reflect our concept and sourcing, but we understand that value perception can differ from guest to guest. We would also like to add that the Korean Chicken Wings & Gochujang Ramen are one of our best selling dishes from the Starter and Ramen sections respectively. Your comparison and feedback are noted, and we will certainly re-evaluate it to ensure better value. The additional 5% GST mentioned is a standard charge that is clearly mentioned on our menu while you check out (you've already attached the screenshot of it), on our bill and even above your table you sat; however, we understand it added to your disappointment given the experience, and we regret that. While we’re glad you at least found the space comfortable, we’re truly disappointed that the visit left you feeling regretful. Feedback like yours helps us improve, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future so we can serve you better. Wishing you well, Team Cafe Boba Queen
