Tried the non veg thali and had an awesome time eating a 3 course thali meal comprising of chicken, fish and prawns. Also the staff was very friendly, the food served was hot.

This place was divineI mean, the typical south indian actually tamilian food they are serving is to die for. I think one of the best meals of my life that I have ever had was this one. We tried Vazahpoo Vadai (banana flower tikki sort of), Paneer Milagu Kuzhambu and Vendakkai Moore Kuzhambu (Okra /Ladyfinger in coconut milk based curry).So they serve you a complete meal that includes rice, curry, rasam , kacchi kairi ka aachar (which was unbelievably good), potato coconut bhaji, daal and curd on the side. The food is heavenly and you have to give it a try when in Pondicherry.More than anything it is an experience of authentic, traditional food served in an ancient tamil home. They have a beautiful courtyard sitting and offer you solace Strongly recommend!!P.S. Try kajimba too.

Went here for lunch in last week of November and it was absolutely worth it! The hotel had a heritage vibe (for photogenic visitors) with restaurant arranged in a courtyard setting. The staff was polite, warm and actually had genuine food suggestions to make the meal fulfilling. We (a couple) had a non-veg thali, a veg sabzi/roti combo and a filter coffee. The food was presented well and tasted delicious (and fresh) with enough portion size. Infact, the non veg thali (fish, chicken, prawn) was the best I had till date! They accept zomato gold (got 10% discount) and a pre-booking would be suggested. Overall, definitely recommended!
