I ordered the thattu idly, but it was as hard as a stone — even a spoon couldn’t cut through it. I raised a complaint, but there was no proper response. The captain initially asked us not to eat it and said they would provide a fresh idly, but then ignored us and started taking orders from other customers. Overall, the response was very poor, and the service was disappointing.

Exceptional Stay at Hotel Surguru – Highly Recommended We had a fantastic one-night stay at Hotel Surguru and were thoroughly impressed with the experience. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained — perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were extremely courteous and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Service was prompt and efficient, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. A special mention goes to their in-house restaurant — the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options, and the ambiance was clean and welcoming. Hotel Surguru exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service and great food, this is a perfect choice.
