One of the worst experience while staying in Bull boutique hotel Pondicherry.. No proper service.. we stayed for 2 days there was no water supply.. washroom was not at all clean. Room service has the master key of all the room they can open room without ur knowledge.. we strictly told them no to open my room without my permission still they have opened my room without my key... It's very surprising that they have given master key of all the room to room service.. if they want they can open and check ur room... Book this hotel at your own risk.. worst experience.. In house restaurant is also worst.. The waiter didn't want to serve you ... They are there just for the sake of money .. No proper management of food .. zero hospitality.. My recommendation: don't book this hotel.. worst place to stay.. rooms are very very small.. and it's very over pricing as well.. and also not cleaned Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3

We are really sorry for the inconvenience, but there are a few important points we need to share with you sir You should have been aware as a guest staying in Standard hotels that Cleaning …We are really sorry for the inconvenience, but there are a few important points we need to share with you sir You should have been aware as a guest staying in Standard hotels that Cleaning is a must & done on a daily basis in each occupied room, and it is common knowledge that if you do not want the housekeeping to clean the room, you are requested to hang the DND card on the door knob. Accessing the room through Housekeeping Floor key is done professionally as per the SOP of the hotels. You had mentioned that you did not have water supply for 2 days. It is surprising that you have not mentioned this during your stay. Also the photo of the Johnson lift you have posted is not of our hotel as our hotel has Kone lift and hence we find that your review itself lacks genuineness and sincerity.
