First of all, a heartfelt thank you to the entire team, especially the lady at the front desk (my apologies for missing your name). It was truly a wonderful experience for my family during our stay in Pondicherry. The property is located at a very prime location, close to key attractions such as Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Rock Beach, and other must-visit places, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay the property offers comfort, accessibility, and a peaceful environment. The hospitality is beyond expectations—the staff greets you with smiles throughout the day, and their warmth truly stands out. Housekeeping services are timely and well-organized. The in-house restaurant deserves a special mention; the food is absolutely delicious and adds great value to the stay. The breakfast buffet was wide-spread with plenty of options to choose from, and the banana loaf was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable experience. If you are planning a trip with your family or parents, you can go ahead with the booking without any second thoughts.

The staff’s helpful, courteous attitude truly stood out—they were always ready with local recommendations or a helping hand. Complimentary breakfast featured tasty options, and the on-site restaurant offered memorable meals, though the breakfast spread could be a bit larger and service at peak times was occasionally slow. And those sensitive to noise may notice the school across the street on weekday mornings.
