Mr Shashikumar and Ms Vishnupriya we would like to thank you for your hospitality and service. Thank you for warm welcome. We are on a vacation and traveled all the way from Andaman and I could say The Bull Boutique is the best hotel for hospitality and service. The rooms are very cozy and hygiene. The housekeeping staff and resturant staff are very professional, we have received the best service. Special thanks to chef, we had amazing breakfast with good range of variety. Service: 5

Hi there, myself and my family was on a short two day holiday in Pondicherry. We stayed at The Bull Boutique Hotel. Their services and hospitality was excellent. I would like to mention Mr. Siva and Mr. Sasi helped us through the booking process and helped us get a nice deal during the Easter weekend. The hotel has a separate car parking for itself and its very safe with a security always. Ms Vishnupriya and Ms. Patricia was very welcoming during our check in and it was a very smooth process. Mr. Lourde and Mr Bharath helped us with the luggage to get into our room in the 5th floor. Our room was two bedroom suite. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only fact is the both the bathrooms hangers where not fixed properly but extra cloth hanging hooks where behind the door. Also the pillows seem to be on the harder side in the first night, which we got replaced the next day Mr. Manikantan took care to our needs in the room. Mr. Surendar took care of us in the restaurant and all our dining activities. I should say that he was only one I saw during my meals running around reaching all tables and meeting everybody's needs. I saw Ms. Vishnupriya and Ms. Patricia helping him both the days during the breakfast time. Pondicherry weather at this time of the year is very very hot. but night time and early morning hours was good to roam around. The humidity in the night too is very high in April month Overall it was very relaxing experience. We firmly advise people coming to Pondicherry to also have The Bull Boutique Hotel in their accommodation list. Thank you all for looking after us very well.
