Had such a lovely experience at Mag St. Cafe, Bandra! I tried their mocha and absolutely loved it. If you’re a Nandan Coffee fan, you’ll definitely find your favourite kind of coffee here! The vibes are another highlight — calm, peaceful and so relaxing. It’s the kind of place where you can sit back, enjoy your coffee and just unwind. Definitely worth visiting if you’re around Bandra! Brunched at MAG St. Bandra recently and as someone who’s eaten through enough of Bombay’s brunch circuit to know when a place is pure hype versus when there’s actual substance behind the aesthetic — MAG St definitely falls in the latter category. The food is genuinely good. The problem? They’ve started pricing like they’re in Notting Hill or Le Marais. Started strong with the watermelon feta salad — fresh, balanced and properly refreshing, though ice-cold watermelon would’ve taken it up another notch in Bombay heat. The dim sums were fair play overall. The truffle edamame dumplings were decent but forgettable, while the shrimp in ginger broth dumplings were the clear standout. That broth/sauce situation was excellent. The Asian fried rice was honestly a surprise hit. Comforting, flavourful, generous enough portion-wise — though realistically this is a ₹550 dish masquerading as an ₹825 one because Bandra brunch economics require everything to sound “premium” enough for the Bandra aunties and influencer crowd. Then came the smoked salmon eggs benedict — the dish everyone seems to post here. It was alright. Not bad by any means, but I’ve definitely had better at Sarabeth's. The hollandaise was absolutely drenched over the eggs to the point it overpowered everything else a bit. The real stars? The drinks. Phenomenal. Especially the Summer Thirst — probably the best thing we ordered all afternoon. Bill came to around ₹5.4k for two (roughly £42 / €49), which honestly could and probably should have landed closer to ₹4k. But then again, this is Bandra in 2026 — people here are happily paying London and Paris brunch prices while sitting off Linking Road, so fair play to MAG St for understanding their market perfectly. Overall: stylish spot, genuinely solid kitchen, not just Instagram fluff — but you’re definitely paying a Bandra premium on top of the food.
