The service was not upto the mark , They told us service charge cannot be exempted. Kindly do not fool your guests.Although ambience of the place is good however food wasn't matching to standards. Have never seen Alfredo being served without garlic bread. Food pairing and accompaniments needs improvement.

Had a really bad experience at Bora Bora Bandra. Their manager, Subbah Swaraj, told us a 10% service charge was compulsory and when we questioned it, he got aggressive and kept arguing for over 15 minutes. Completely ruined the vibe of the evening. This isn’t just bad service, it’s unethical and against the law. We still tipped the server, Sumanto who was great, because it was never about the money. It was about being treated with basic respect. If this is how Bora Bora runs things now, I’m done with them. Avoid. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
