packaging was terrible. all the cakes were upside down. i even have pictures. they used a huge box, didn't secure the cake. when I got it, it was all over the place. the really surprising thing is that the owner had just called me requesting us to take the mango tart instead of the mango cheesecake because he had run out of the later. we said yes, because we are about to organize a pretty big international corporate event in Kolkata soon and we're trying our local bakeries to test potential caterers. When I called the owner back to tell him his packaging had failed... he refused to take any accountability and simply just hung up the call It was only a 1000 rupees order.. but this is not a ethical business.. and has terrible customer care. we will take our business elsewhere and we do not recommend this kind of people Its unfortunate, because we gave the restaurant a chance to correct it.
