Saldanha Bakery, a three-generation old Goan family-run bakery in Kolkata, has been serving up delicious treats for nearly a century. The fourth generation of the family, trained at Le Cordon Bleu London, introduced French macarons to their menu in 2016. Overrated, waiting cue,doesn't even take digital payments,must be Evading Taxes & making money.Just because its an old name /brand pure business. Chicken patties were overated, Walnut cake was average. Trust me I have eaten cakes in more than 20 states of India including 4 Hill stations incl Himachal, Uttarakhand,Ladhakh Meghalaya (Which were all superior in taste and savour).
