The atmosphere was warm and welcoming a perfect mix of cozy and lively. The interior was spotless, with great music and a comfortable vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy the evening. The staff were outstanding friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a good experience Sanjana made great recommendations for both drinks and food. The drinks were well-poured, and the food came out hot and fresh. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Yesterday, we had lunch at Levels Pub & Kitchen and ordered Crispy Lotus Stem. To our shock, I found a piece of a rubber band in the dish. Even before this, the service was poor—despite having a reservation, the manager Manu failed to allocate a table. When we finally received our food, discovering a rubber band in it was completely unacceptable. The hygiene standards are terrible, and the manager's attitude was even worse. Instead of taking responsibility, he dismissed our complaint as if it were no big deal. He neither apologized nor showed any concern—he simply ignored us and walked away. For the prices they charge, such poor hygiene and service are absolutely unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

One of the best places to spend a quality time with friends with delicious food and beautiful ambience. Place is maintained clean and staffs of the restaurant are quiet well behaved. Though the number of dishes is quiet limited but tastes really good. Special Lima Naro is best and very humble .Overall it was an amazing experience.
