Visited URU - JP Nagar for the first time this afternoon. The food and drinks were good, and the ambiance has a nice vibe. However, my overall experience was affected by two issues. The service was a bit slow, especially considering it wasn't extremely crowded. Also, there were quite a few flies around the seating area, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the food and drinks. I think the experience could be improved significantly with better pest control measures and perhaps small spinning fans at each table to help keep flies away. With a few improvements in service speed and dining comfort, this place has the potential to offer a much better customer experience. Overall, a decent first visit, but there is definitely room for improvement. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
